How often should I book a house clean in Pattaya?
Most homes book weekly or every two weeks. Pattaya's dust, sand and humidity build up fast, so weekly suits families, pets and homes near the beach.
Can you clean if I am overseas?
Yes. Arrange key collection with your building's juristic office and we will send photos when the clean is finished.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition. A 2-bedroom condo usually takes one team most of a day. We confirm the time after seeing photos.
Will a move-out clean help me get my deposit back?
A thorough clean removes the most common reason for deductions. Damage and wear are separate, so check your lease and inspection report.
Can you handle same-day turnovers?
Yes, within the window between check-out and check-in. Share your calendar and we schedule around it.
Do you clean the pool itself?
No. We clean the pool deck and furniture. Pool water treatment needs a pool technician.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Early-morning, evening and weekend schedules are available.
When should I book?
After the builders have finished and removed their debris. We clean, not remove rubble.
How long until the sofa is dry?
Usually a few hours with fans and air conditioning on. Humid days take longer.
Do you take rugs away?
We clean carpets and rugs on-site at your property. Off-site rug washing is not currently offered.
How often should aircon be cleaned in Pattaya?
Most homes clean every 3 to 6 months. Units running all day, or near the sea, benefit from every 3 months.
Do you clean high-rise outside windows?
Only glass that can be reached safely from inside or the balcony. Rope-access work is not included.
