The Airbnb Turnover Checklist for Pattaya Hosts
Guests judge a holiday rental in the first two minutes. In Pattaya, they also notice sand, salt haze on the balcony glass and any musty aircon smell. Use this checklist for every turnover.
Entrance and living area
- Sweep sand from the doorway and under the sofa
- Wipe the TV remote, light switches and door handles
- Check sofa cushions for crumbs and lost items
Kitchen
- Empty the fridge of guest food and wipe the shelves
- Run and empty the dishwasher, or wash and dry everything
- Wipe the hob, microwave inside and kettle
- Restock coffee, tea, salt, oil and dish soap if you supply them
Bedrooms
- Fresh linen on every bed used, check under the bed
- Check wardrobes and safes for left items
- Switch aircon on to a comfortable setting before check-in
Bathrooms
- Toilet, shower, basin and mirror cleaned and dried
- Fresh towels, plus pool or beach towels if offered
- Restock toilet paper, soap and shampoo
Balcony
- Sweep, wipe the table and chairs
- Wipe salt haze off the glass door
The final walk-through
Take photos of every room after cleaning. They help with damage claims and give you a record if a guest complains.
